Round Lake Area Exchange Club names next two Hometown Heroes and they’re brothers!

The Round Lake Area Exchange Club and sponsors the Coakley Family and Dr. Connie Collins, are proud to announce their latest Hometown Heroes, U.S. Marines Major, Wyatt Weber and U.S. Army Captain, Steven Weber, of Grayslake, Illinois. Colleague, and former Hometown Hero, Kellan Sams nominated them for this recognition.

W. Weber is a graduate of Grayslake High School (2001) and Marquette University (2017). He has served for 12 years and is currently stationed in California.

S. Weber is a graduate of Grayslake High School (2003) and Vanderbilt (2007). He has served for 10 years and is currently stationed in California.

With the generous support of our sponsors the Coakley Family and Dr. Connie Collins, both heroes will be presented with a “Hanging with the Heroes” care package will include a gift card, personalized “Hanging with the Heroes” t-shirt, and letters from Round Lake Area Schools students.

The Round Lake Area Exchange Club meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the RLAS-116 Administrative Service Center, located at 884 W Nippersink Rd, Round Lake, Illinois.
